A group of Trattorias rewarded by time, years and customers.

At least that's how we define ourselves. It was an idea that had been floating around for a long time and little by little we managed to bring it to fruition. Four tractors from as many trattorias founded this association: Federico from "Crepa", Sergio from "Brinca", Alberto from "Amerigo" and Avgustin from "Devetak".

The desire to share an experience, a journey and a story brought us together several years ago and since then we have worked synergistically in complete harmony with our family and our customers. The trattorias that we run with the whole family represent for us something more than just a place to eat well.

In fact, it is our intention to communicate an area, promote a territory and carry out a project to safeguard our ancient traditions and the products that the land we live in provides us. The landscape that serves as our backdrop is Italian cuisine, in its complexity, its facets and its parochialism.

A varied panorama of cuisines united by the desire to pursue a common goal: saving tradition, innovating it and projecting it into the future. A tour of Italy from table to table, from kitchen to kitchen, in costume. The variety of our recipes gives a good idea of the complex Italian gastronomic panorama, rich in foods and history, united only by the syntax of the meal, which makes our cuisine unique in the world: starter, first course, second course and dessert.

Located in different towns and cities, our trattorias offer local cuisine, offered in tasting and à la carte menus, at reasonable prices, clearly displayed and with a rich selection of wines and beers, also served by the glass.
